Diogène - Groupe Conseil has a contract with imarcom, to host and distribute Diogène - Groupe Conseil's electronic communications.

This statement details how imarcom collects and uses personal data under its contract with Diogène - Groupe Conseil.

  1. All publications are opt-in only.
  2. All subscriber data is stored in a highly secure facility, and information is not shared with third parties.
  3. When you sign up, imarcom collects and saves your profile. This information is used to send electronic communications.
  4. We take every precaution to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information by using industry-recognized security safeguards, such as firewalls, coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. When we ask for sensitive information, we protect it through the use of encryption during transmission, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
  5. Your opening of the communications is notified to imarcom and saved. Your clicks on links and on the companion website are also saved. The clicks and the statistics generated are used in aggregate form to give Diogène - Groupe Conseil an indication of the popularity of the content and to help Diogène - Groupe Conseil to make decisions about future content and formatting. This information is held by imarcom and will only be shared by imarcom with Diogène - Groupe Conseil.

Imarcom reserves the right to analyse this information from time to time.
  9. Imarcom services use cookies to authenticate users, keep track of the user session and govern survey voting. Imarcom does not use cookies to collect any information about you. All cookies, expire within several hours after a period of idleness or when you close your browser.
